Who is the client?

The client has a program called β€˜Top One Mastermind.’ The product is centered around elite marketers that are at the top of their game looking to level up their marketing and connect with other Top One marketers around the world.

What did they want?

Their live retreat is a big event, this was one of their first-ever retreats with the program and the clients. So they wanted to make sure this was a whole new experience than what their usual events are like. The creative assets needed to reflect that before, during, and after the event.

Behind The Scenes

During the event, I was in charge of managing the on-set video production and photography. With allocating a team to capture the entirety of the retreat.

After the event, the responsibility was to collate the materials and repurpose them into assets for promotional use, re-education within their program, and create a repository of content to allow for future use in their marketing strategy.

What we did to achieve the vision.

The mission was simple, create a compelling and complementary concept that captures the feeling of the program and the destination. The location of the retreat was set on the Tennessee side of the Smokey Mountains. Working with the project manager to better handle print deadlines and digital assets to help market for the event within their space to better serve their clients. We leaned into the outdoor side of the art with also staying on the brand to keep their identity at the center.
